Judge Mindy S. Glazer also set a second bond amount of $10,000 for his charge due to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.“There were eight people who were shot at a park celebrating a peaceful event,” Glazer said in court, “and I’m concerned he poses a danger to the community.”State prosecutors were not lenient toward Brownlee. “Based on the fact that Brownlee is already out on bond in firearm charges, and has yet again picked up another firearm charge in addition to the heinous nature of this crime, the state is respectfully requesting an increase bond,” said one state prosecutor. In juvenile court, family members appeared during Britt’s hearing. The presiding judge there ruled that he be held in jail pending the start of his trial. last_img
