However, he has since recovered in time to feature in Brazil’s last two friendlies; scoring in both games.As a result, he is expected to start against Switzerland on Sunday in Rostov-on-Don with Tite admitting he is not yet 100% fit.“Neymar is still not 100 per cent, but he is very privileged physically,” said Tite, in quotes reported by fifa.com.“The level he has displayed in his sprints in high velocity has been impressive. But still he has something to gain.“It should happen sooner rather than later, hopefully.” Despite suffering a 7-1 thrashing at the hands of eventual winners Brazil in2014, the Selcecao are favourites to lift the World Cup trophy on July 15 and make it a record sixth haul.After winning 12 of their 18 matches in qualifying, Tite is confident his side can continue their winning mentality into their group E games and beyond.“The work we have done elevates the expectations, but also brings us peace,” he added.“I am very happy about the level of performance we have showed so far.“I hope we can now reproduce this under pressure.”last_img read more
